SPARES SUPPORT
HB Services, through it’s strong supplier relationships, is capable of providing spares for a wide range of valve types and we also hold stock of many parts and soft spares to assist with providing a quick response to our customers
Our aim is to always provide Valve OEM spares with the shortest delivery time possible, or alternatively where this does not satisfy our customer requirements we will work with our supply chain to provide a suitable alternative solution.
GATE VALVE SEAT REPLACEMENT
Our Service Workshop capabilities also extend to the replacement of gate valve seats following valve cut-out from the plant.

Machine out existing seat weld
Remove heat affected material
Prepare valve body seat pocket for welding
Weld in replacement seat & heat treat as necessary
Lap seat as necessary
